Within Hedworth Hall we’re proud to boast two large function rooms known as The Ballroom and The Temple Room. Each of the rooms can be tailored to meet your specific requirements depending on the function you’re planning, and can be used from anything from room-only hire for birthdays and parties, to a full wedding service.
We have a range of local trusted suppliers that we can also recommend to make your function extra special.

Engagements
It can be one of the most nerve-racking questions you can ask your loved one – Will you marry me? But the moment they say yes, it’s now time to let the world know and what better way than by throwing an engagement party. Celebrate the special occasion with family and friends here at the Hedworth Hall and showcase your new piece of sparkle.
Weddings
If you’re looking for a place in which to host your special day from start to finish, then Hedworth Hall could be the ideal place for you and your partner!
We are licensed to hold civil ceremonies in both our Ballroom and Temple Room.
Birthdays
Celebrate your special day here at the Hedworth Hall with our resident DJ on the decks playing all the latest songs as well as those from decades gone by, it surely will be a night to remember for both yourself and your guests.
Presentation Rooms
Looking for the perfect venue to celebrate the achievements of your club members? Then look no further than the Hedworth Hall. We have two large functions rooms to choose from that can be set up for guests to enjoy a sit-down meal or buffet as part of your celebrations, or in a theatre-style setting.
Children’s parties
Both our larger rooms can comfortably fit bouncy castles. We also have a dedicated children’s entertainer to help keep the little one’s entertained throughout the duration of your party. We can cater for all age groups and have catering packages available from our full hot and cold selection through to our pizza selection.

Catering menu
Minimum of 50 people to be catered for. Catering numbers must be supplied and paid for two weeks before the date. Any dietary requirements must be notified at the time of booking.If items are unavailable then a suitable alternative will be provided.
